Process for Medical Transcription
1.
A practitioner dictates using one of our supported methods.
2. The voice files are then downloaded into our secure FTP
Servers.
3. The voice files are transferred into our Transcription Server.
4. Our transcriptionist transcribes the dictation into data files.
5. The transcribed documents are checked by the Proof Reader.
6. The proof read documents are quality checked by our Quality
Editor, with the Board certified physician providing answers to
questions.
7. The approved documents are then transferred to our
Transcription Server.
8. The quality checked approved documents are then uploaded into
our FTP Servers.
9. The documents are then delivered based on the delivery
mechanism chosen.
All the voice and data file
transfers are secure. All the communication is encrypted using RSA
128-bit encryption techniques. If anyone intercepts and tries to
interpret the data, it is almost impossible to break the encryption,
decode and read the contents of the files. As such valid usernames
and passwords are required to open and read the documents even after
they arrive at your location which can be changed by you later. |
